Biography

 

 

 

Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Betty Ann spent many years in the banking industry and construction industry where she developed a love and appreciation for real estate and design. Born and raised in Carleton Place and having lived and worked in Lanark County for years, Betty Ann has always prided herself on being a community member and volunteer while supporting local charities, cancer research, and the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Being a member of the 50 plus club, she recently attained her Senior Real Estate Specialist® designation from the National Association of Realtors® offering her more insight and information to assist her mature clientele with upsizing or downsizing, but most importantly moving forward. Betty Ann also loves helping her First Time Home
Buyers with their biggest investment, a home! She is a member of the Canadian Snowbird Association and has helped others purchase homes both locally and internationally.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 


  

 

 

Raised in the Beautiful rural community of Beckwith Township, Karen understands and values the closeness of family, friends and community. There is tremendous growth transforming the Carleton Place Area, offering small to Town rural living in which Karen knows well and is proud to call home. A short drive to the Nation’s Capital, all while enjoying what Ottawa Valley has to offer; a mix of small towns, rural lands, farms, villages, lake, rivers and protected land.

Karen started investing in Real Estate close to 20 years ago. Through the years of raising a family and
managing the rental properties, all while keeping a close eye on the market, this lead to Karen pursuing
a career in Real Estate. A natural fit.

 

Karen believes in being involved in her community. Over the years, volunteering has been a part of her life. She has been a very active and connected community member holding different positions on various committees and Boards. Also wearing the hat of team manager/leader over the years for different clubs and sports teams.

 


Karen values team work. She works with many professionals to assist clients with all aspects of their transition.

 

She thoroughly loves her work and enjoys the fantastic people she meets every day. In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves the water and cottage life.
